Real Property Collateral definition

Real Property Collateral means the parcel or parcels of Real Property identified on Schedule R-1 and any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower.
Real Property Collateral means any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower or its Subsidiaries with a fair market value in excess of $250,000.
Real Property Collateral means all real property (including leasehold interests in real property) included in the Collateral.

Real Property Collateral means that or those certain item(s) of real property pledged by Borrower and/or Guarantor respectively, pursuant to this Agreement and the Loan Documents.
