Existing OWTS definition

Existing OWTS means an OWTS that was constructed and operating prior to the effective date of this Policy, and OWTS for which a construction permit has been issued prior to the effective date of the Policy.

Existing OWTS means an OWTS in which a valid construction permit has been issued or that was constructed and operated prior to the adoption of standards developed in response to the State OWTS Policy.

Existing OWTS means an OWTS that was constructed and operating prior to the effective date of this LAMP, and an OWTS for which a construction permit has been issued prior to the effective date of this LAMP.

Examples of Existing OWTS in a sentence

• Existing OWTS in Tier 3 are not subject to any additional requirements under the Policy, except to the extent that a TMDL or local agency management program imposes additional requirements for that watershed.

More Definitions of Existing OWTS

Existing OWTS means any installed OWTS constructed in conformance with the rules, laws and local ordinances in effect at the time of construction.
