Adoption of Standards. The Parties hereby agree to adopt, enforce and comply with all applicable requirements and standards that will safeguard the reliability of the interconnected Transmission Systems. Such reliability requirements and Reliability Standards shall be:
Adoption of Standards. If the United States Department of Justice promulgates a final ADA Title III regulation setting out a website accessibility technical standard during the term of this Agreement, then the Parties shall meet and confer at the request of either party to discuss whether modification to the terms of this Agreement regarding the technical standard is necessary to be consistent with the final regulation and shall modify this Agreement accordingly.
Adoption of Standards. The contribution to the development of standards is also a route for exploiting research outputs, and making them available to a larger community. The successful completion of a standardisation process does not necessarily mean that the standard will actually be widely adopted. Like for other research results, there are a number of barriers that may prevent the adoption of the standard. We discuss specific issues for standards in the following sections.
