Existing Partners definition

Existing Partners means, in respect of each MFC Facility, the beneficial holders of the non-controlling interests in that MFC Facility.
Existing Partners means Xxxxxx Xxx and the 17 other existing partners of the Company prior to the completion of the initial Public Offering of Class A Shares.
