Existing Portfolio definition

Existing Portfolio means the portfolio of 96 hotel properties located in 30 states in the U.S. and currently indirectly owned by the REIT;

Existing Portfolio means the existing portfolio of Ascott REIT, as disclosed in the annual report of Ascott REIT for FY2013.
