Loan Schedule definition

Loan Schedule. The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:
Loan Schedule means collectively the schedule attached hereto as Schedule I, which identifies each BANA Loan, the schedule attached hereto as Schedule II, which identifies each MSMCH Loan, and the schedule attached hereto as Schedule III, which identifies each CIBC Loan, as such schedules may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.3.
Loan Schedule means the list of Loans delivered by a Guarantor or the Seller to Buyer and Custodian together with each Transaction Notice and attached by the Custodian to the related Trust Receipt. Each Loan Schedule shall set forth as to each Loan the related Borrower name, the address of the related Mortgaged Property and the outstanding principal balance of the Loan as of the initial Purchase Date, together with any other information specified by Buyer from time to time in good faith.

  • Each Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List delivered by the Custodian to the Company shall supersede and cancel the Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List previously delivered by the Custodian to the Company hereunder, and shall replace the then existing Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List to be attached to the Collateral Certificate.

  • Each Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List shall list all Exceptions using such codes as shall be in form and substance agreed to by the Custodian and the Company.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, in the event that the Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List attached to the Collateral Certificate is different from the most recently delivered Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List, then the most recently delivered Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception List shall control and be binding upon the parties hereto.


More Definitions of Loan Schedule

Loan Schedule means the Loan Schedule containing information about the Pledged Loans, which Loan Schedule is delivered electronically by the Issuer to the Trustee as of the Closing Date and as such schedule is amended by delivery electronically by the Issuer to the Trustee of information relating to the release of Pledged Loans or the Grant of Qualified Substitute Loans.
Loan Schedule means a hard copy or electronic format incorporating the fields identified on Exhibit G, which shall include with respect to each Loan to be included in a Transaction without limitation: (i) the Loan number, (ii) the Mortgagor’s name, (iii) the original principal amount of the Loan, (iv) the current principal balance of the Loan, (v) the name of any Subservicer (if applicable) subservicing such Loan, and (vi) any other information required by Buyer and any other additional information to be provided pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

Loan Schedule means the schedule (in the form provided by the Department) attached to each Participation Purchase Request and completed by or on behalf of the Sponsor and the Eligible Lender Trustee (if applicable) that lists, by Borrower, (i) the Loans proposed to be subject to the related Participation Interests, (ii) the name and address of the Borrower, the loan number, the qualifying institution attended by the Borrower and the scheduled outstanding Principal Balance and accrued interest thereon as of the related Purchase Date and (iii) any other information the Department may require including but not limited to certain identification numbers and dates relating to the Eligible Loans.
