Existing Preferred Units definition

Existing Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units, Series B Preferred Units, Series C Preferred Units and Series D Preferred Units of Buyer.

Existing Preferred Units means the Class B Preferred Units, the Class C Preferred Units, and the Class D Preferred Units existing on the Issue Date.
