Existing Security Interests definition

Existing Security Interests shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01 hereto.
Existing Security Interests means Security Interests existing on the Closing Date that are not expressly required to be discharged as a condition precedent to the obligations of the Underwriter pursuant to the Bond Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Security Interests

Existing Security Interests means any Security Interest existing as at the Issue Date; “FSMA” means the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;
Existing Security Interests means, in relation to an Existing Agreement, any Encumbrances created to secure the Existing Indebtedness under that Existing Agreement.

"FATCA" means (a) sections 1471 to 1474 of the Code or any associated regulations or other official guidance; (b) any treaty, law, regulation or other official guidance enacted in any other jurisdiction, or relating to an intergovernmental agreement between the US and any other jurisdiction, which (in either case) facilitates the implementation of paragraph (a) above; or (c) any agreement pursuant to the implementation of paragraphs (a) or (b) above with the US Internal Revenue Service, the US government or any governmental or taxation authority in any other jurisdiction. "FATCA Application Date" means: (a) in relation to a "withholdable payment" described in section 1473(1)(A)(i) of the Code (which relates to payments of interest and certain other payments from sources within the US), 1 July 2014; or
