Existing Subordinate Notes definition

Existing Subordinate Notes means, collectively, each of the Company’s 7⅛% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016, as amended, restated, renewed, extended, supplemented, increased, replaced, refinanced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Existing Subordinate Notes means the securities identified as such in the covering term sheet.

Examples of Existing Subordinate Notes in a sentence

• The Secured Indebtedness is hereby designated as “Senior Debt” and as “Designated Senior Debt” under, and for purposes of, the Existing Subordinate Notes.

• The Loans and other Secured Indebtedness hereunder are “Senior Indebtedness” and “Designated Senior Indebtedness” under the Existing Subordinate Notes.
