Exit Credit Facility definition

Exit Credit Facility means a reserve-based first lien revolving credit facility with such terms acceptable to the Required Consenting Noteholders, which may either be an amendment and restatement of the RBL Credit Agreement or a new facility, as determined by the Debtors and the Required Consenting Noteholders.
Exit Credit Facility means the term loan facility to be provided to the Company on the Effective Date pursuant to the Exit Credit Agreement.
