Expected Maximum Energy Amount definition

Expected Maximum Energy Amount means, for any applicable MISO Settlement Interval, the number of MWh equal to the Final Capacity (expressed in MW), multiplied by the length of such MISO Settlement Interval (expressed in hours).

Related to Expected Maximum Energy Amount

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • Normal Maximum Generation means the highest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.

  • Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Maximum Run Time:

  • Recovery Amount means, with respect to any period prior to the Termination Date, the amount of collected funds received by the Assuming Institution that (i) are applicable against a Foreclosure Loss calculated in accordance with Exhibits 2c(1)-(3), or (iii) gains realized from a Section 4.1 sale of Single Family Shared-Loss Loans for which the Assuming Institution has previously received a Restructuring Loss payment from the Receiver (iv) or any incentive payments from national programs paid to an investor or borrower on loans that have been modified or otherwise treated (short sale or foreclosure) in accordance with Exhibit 5.

  • Net Adjustment Amount means an amount, which may be positive or negative, equal to (A) the Closing Net Working Capital as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5 minus the Estimated Net Working Capital, plus (B) Estimated Indebtedness minus Closing Indebtedness as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5, plus (C) Closing Cash as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5 minus Estimated Cash, plus (D) Estimated Transaction Expenses minus Closing Transaction Expenses as finally determined pursuant to this Section 2.5;

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor and designated as a “Cash Contribution Amount” as described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.

  • Maximum Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
