All evidence of Expenditure Incurred such as invoices, receipts, timesheets and other relevant documents must be supplied to the Authority (and any person nominated by the Authority) upon request and kept for at least 6 years after the end date of the Project.
If the report referred to in Clause 6.1(g) of this Agreement shows that the GLA Funding paid to the Recipient as at the date of the report is in excess of the total Expenditure Incurred by the Recipient for the achievement of the Project Objectives, then the Recipient shall repay that excess amount to the Authority forthwith and in all circumstances no later than 30 days following the approval of the report by the Authority in accordance with Clause 6.1(g) of this Agreement.
