Expenditure Incurred definition

Expenditure Incurred means the fund, whether the equity or debt or both, actually deployed and paid in cash or cash equivalent, for creation or acquisition of a useful asset and does not include commitments or liabilities for which no payment has been released;
Expenditure Incurred means expenditure connected with the Project in respect of which the Recipient has received relevant goods and services, or in respect of which it has entered into contractual obligations, for which payment has been made or is due to be made.
