Expenses Agreement definition

Expenses Agreement means the agreement dated 29 June 2012, as amended, supplemented and/or restated from time to time between the Issuer and the Dealer;

• Series Instrument" means the Series Instrument in which this Support and Expenses Agreement is included as Part C.

• All terms relating to the Trust or the Notes not otherwise included in this Support and Expenses Agreement will be as specified in this Series Instrument or Pricing Supplement as indicated herein.

More Definitions of Expenses Agreement

Expenses Agreement means the agreement to be entered into on the Issue Date between VZ Financing I B.V. and the Issuer.
