Expert Fees definition

Expert Fees means the sum of CAD $6,416.81 (six thousand four hundred sixteen Canadian dollars and eighty-one cents) plus sales taxes thereon, payable by the Settling Defendants in respect of expert fees incurred at the Mediation;
Expert Fees means any cash expert fees paid to a Participant by any Employer during a Plan Year, excluding Annual Bonus, Project Origination Fees and other additional incentives or awards.
Expert Fees means fees from an expert who is able to give an unbiased expert opinion and assessment of the issues with the Covered Property and is fully licensed in that particular trade and is a recognized specialist in their field, including but not limited to a licensed home inspector, engineer, architect, and appraiser or other trades, who will go to court if required.

  • Each of Seller and Company represent and warrant that, to the best of its knowledge, the amount of Accrued Expert Fees set forth on the Final Statement is true and correct and represents all unpaid Accrued Expert Fees due to Member on or prior to September 29, 2000 (the “Closing Date”) as a result of account receivables billed to a client of Seller prior to the Closing Date and retained by Seller as an “Excluded Asset” under the Purchase Agreement.

  • Expert Fees may be refunded to You upon the receipt of the invoice with proof of payment once there is an Out-of-Court Settlement, or when there is a final court judgement or once the limitation has been reached according to Article 2925 of the Civil Code of Quebec.

Expert Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.5.
Expert Fees means fees reasonably incurred in a civil action by an expert retained by or on behalf of the prevailing party.

Related to Expert Fees

  • Support Fees means the fees, if any, payable by the State for Maintenance and Support Services as set forth in the Maintenance and Support Schedule.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Audit fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the fiscal years listed for professional services rendered by our principal auditors for the audit of our annual financial statements.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to or referred to in Section 3.01.

  • Tax fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.
