Exploratory purposes means test well drilling for the specific purpose of discovering or outlining an orebody or mineable mineral resource.

Exploratory well means a well that is not a development well, a service well or a stratigraphic test well.
Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.
Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.
Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement
