EXPORT CARGO definition

EXPORT CARGO. Means cargo in a Container received at any terminal facility operated by a member of the WCMTOA at the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach and identified in Rule 3 hereof for loading onto a vessel for shipment to a foreign port or point.
EXPORT CARGO means cargo received at the Alliance/Ports for loading into a Vessel for shipment to a foreign or domestic offshore port or destination.
