Exposure Fee definition

Exposure Fee means, in connection with each Transaction, a risk premium in the amount specified as such in the relevant Ex-Im Bank Approval. In the event of any refund of any portion of an Exposure Fee in accordance with the terms and conditions of a Credit Agreement, the Exposure Fee shall mean the original Exposure Fee less the amount of any such refund.
Exposure Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(a)(ii).
Exposure Fee means a fee equal to $948,171 paid by Borrower to Lender.
