Disbursement Notice definition

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1.02C.

Disbursement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d) herein.

Disbursement Notice means, for a Mortgage Facility, the notice the Bank sends that sets out the disbursement and installment schedule. It supplements and is to be read with the Facility Letter.

• The Seller shall include with each such Disbursement Notice and Instruction such supporting information related to all such PSL Related Costs and Expenses (including copies of invoices from the applicable payees).

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Provider of the Finance in the form of a copy of the SWIFT 103 showing the date of disbursement or payment of the full proceeds of the Loan.
