Disbursement Notice definition

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Bank to the Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1.02C.
Disbursement Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d) herein.
Disbursement Notice means, for a BIL Facility, the notice the Bank sends that sets out the disbursement and instalment schedule. It supplements and is to be read with the Facility Letter.

  • Each Disbursement Notice shall be delivered to such Public Shareholder at least two business days prior to the disbursement of any Property pursuant to Section 1(i) or Section 1(j) and no Property shall be disbursed from the Trust Account prior to the date that is two business days from the applicable Disbursement Notice Date.

Disbursement Notice means a notice from the Provider of the Finance in the form of a copy of the SWIFT 103 showing the date of disbursement or payment of the full proceeds of the Loan.
