Extended Demarc definition

Extended Demarc means a build to extend Services from Seller's stated Point of Demarcation to Buyer's Point of Demarcation. In most cases, Seller's stated Point of Demarcation is the Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers' ("ILEC") minimum point of entry ("MPOE"). Non-Recurring Charges for any Demarc Extension will be on an individual case basis.

  • It can be assumed that large numbers of adults (compared to pupils in school) will not remember formal notations.

Related to Extended Demarc

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Initial Term Loan Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Initial Term Loans.

  • Initial Term Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the Initial Term Loans made hereunder.

  • Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Initial Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a).

  • Additional Term Loan Commitment means any term commitment added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 and/or 9.02(c)(i).

  • Initial Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make or otherwise fund an Initial Term Loan and “Initial Term Loan Commitments” means such commitments of all of the Lenders in the aggregate. The amount of each Lender’s Initial Term Loan Commitment, if any, is set forth on Appendix A-1 or in the applicable Assignment Agreement, subject to any adjustment or reduction pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. The aggregate amount of the Initial Term Loan Commitments as of the Closing Date is $200,000,000.

  • Non-Extended Facility has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • Extended Letter of Credit has the meaning given that term in Section 2.3.(b).

  • Additional Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).

  • Auto-Extension Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).

  • extended reduction means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible under Part 12 (extended reductions);

  • Initial Term Loan Lender means a Lender with an Initial Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Initial Term Loan.

  • Extended Tranche has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(a).

  • Extended Term Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Total Initial Term Loan Commitment means the sum of the Initial Term Loan Commitments of all Lenders.

  • Initial Term Commitment means, as to each Term Lender, its obligation to make an Initial Term Loan to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Term Lender’s name in Schedule 1.01A under the caption “Initial Term Commitment.” The initial aggregate principal amount of the Initial Term Commitments as of the Closing Date was $2,670,000,000.

  • Extended Revolving Commitment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19(a).

  • Extended Commitment as defined in Section 2.26(a).

  • Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.

  • Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension.
