Extended Final Maturity Date definition

Extended Final Maturity Date means, with respect to each Extending Lender, July 29, 2027.

Extended Final Maturity Date means, with respect to any Extended Loan or Extended Revolving Loan Commitment, the agreed upon date occurring after the Initial Maturity Date as specified in the applicable definitive documentation thereof.

Extended Final Maturity Date means, in relation to any Series of Notes, the date if any specified as such in the applicable Final Terms to which the payment of all or (as applicable) part of the Final Redemption Amount payable on the Maturity Date will be deferred in the event that the Final Redemption Amount is not paid in full on the Maturity Date;

• Where the applicable Final Terms for a relevant Series of Notes provides that such Notes are subject to an Extended Final Maturity Date, such failure to pay by the Issuer on the Maturity Date shall not constitute a default in payment.

• Interest will be payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year up to (and including) the Maturity Date or, if the applicable Final Terms specifies that an Extended Final Maturity Date applies, the Extended Final Maturity Date or any earlier Interest Payment Date on which the Covered Bonds are redeemed in full, provided that any amounts representing interest payable after the Maturity Date shall be paid at such rate and on such dates specified in the applicable Final Terms.

• If the Final Redemption Amount is not paid in full on the Maturity Date, payment of the unpaid amount will be automatically deferred until the Extended Final Maturity Date, provided that any amount representing the Final Redemption Amount due and remaining unpaid on the Maturity Date may be paid by the Issuer on any Interest Payment Date occurring thereafter up to (and including) the relevant Extended Final Maturity Date.

• Where the applicable Final Terms for a relevant Series of Covered Bonds provides that such Covered Bonds are subject to an Extended Final Maturity Date, such failure to pay by the Issuer on the Maturity Date shall not constitute a default in payment.

• If the Extended Final Maturity Date is not a Business Day, then the redemption shall occur on the first following Business Day.

More Definitions of Extended Final Maturity Date

Extended Final Maturity Date means the extended maturity date specified in the relevant Final Terms which term shall, whenever the context so permits, also refer to the extended final maturity date of the New York Law Covered Bonds.
