Extended Redemption Date definition

Extended Redemption Date means the date that is up to two calendar years after the Scheduled Maturity Date or, if the Early Redemption Date falls prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, up to two calendar years after such original Early Redemption Date.
Extended Redemption Date means, in respect of a Preference Share, 20 Business Days following the relevant Additional Delivery Cut-off Date, unless a Settlement Disruption Event has occurred, in which case the Extended Redemption Date will be the next day on which settlement of the Physical Redemption Assets can take place through the Clearing Systems, provided that if settlement is not possible for 10 successive Clearing Business Days following the originally scheduled date, it will be (i) the first day on which settlement can be effected in any other commercially reasonable manner (as determined by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Company) or, (ii) if settlement cannot be effected in any other commercially reasonable manner (as determined by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Company), the next day on which settlement of the Physical Redemption Assets can take place through the Clearing Systems;

Examples of Extended Redemption Date in a sentence

  • On the applicable Extended Redemption Date, the Company shall pay the Redemption Price for any portion of this Warrant redeemed on such Extended Redemption Date.

Extended Redemption Date means the date that is up to two calendar years after the Scheduled Maturity Date or, if the Early Redemption Date falls prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date, up to two calendar years after such original Early Redemption Date. Such amount may represent less than the aggregate nominal amount of the Notes.
