Extended Warranties definition

Extended Warranties means the Warranties in Sections 5.8 (Intellectual Property) and 5.15 (Product Liability).
Extended Warranties means warranties that have been entered into by a customer in relation to a Contract for the period after the expiry of warranties covering a period of five years from commissioning (i.e from year 6 onwards) as clearly identified in Appendix A
Extended Warranties is defined in Section 9of this Agreement.

  • Castle will make available such Extended Warranties to SIEMENS's customers, on request by SIEMENS, at SIEMENS's expense.

  • Extended Warranties, and Maintenance Contracts are non- discountable items.
