Extension Advisor. The Person who has the right to approve the actions of the Special Servicer in granting extensions as set forth in Section 3.26. shall serve as the initial Extension Advisor.

Extension Advisor. The entity responsible for approving any proposed Mortgage Loan modification that extends the maturity date of a Mortgage Loan by more than three (3) years beyond the scheduled maturity date of such Mortgage Loan as of the Cut-off Date, as provided in Section 6.14 herein.
