Extension Advisor. The Person who has the right to approve the actions of the Special Servicer in granting extensions as set forth in Section 3.26. shall serve as the initial Extension Advisor.

Extension Advisor. The entity responsible for approving any proposed Mortgage Loan modification that extends the maturity date of a Mortgage Loan by more than three (3) years beyond the scheduled maturity date of such Mortgage Loan as of the Cut-off Date, as provided in Section 6.14 herein. The initial Extension Advisor shall be the State Street Bank and Trust Company.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall the Special Servicer be the Extension Advisor.

  • The Special Servicer shall obtain the prior written approval of the Extension Advisor in respect of any proposed extension of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 3.10(a) with respect to which three successive extensions shall have already been granted.

  • If unusual business circumstances or the need for additional information or analysis does not allow the timely filing of such report, the Extension Advisor will, to the best of its ability, file a statement within said ten day period with the Trustee and Special Servicer setting forth the estimated additional time required to complete its determinations and the reasons for the delay and will complete its determinations in the most expeditious manner reasonably possible.

  • Any subsequent Extension Advisor shall approve such extensions if it determines that the decision of the Special Servicer to so extend such Mortgage Loan is in the best interest of the Holders who have elected such Extension Adviser.

  • The Extension Advisor shall approve such extensions if it determines that the decision of the Special Servicer to so extend such Mortgage Loan is consistent with the Servicing Standard and is in the best interest of the Certificateholders who have elected such Extension Adviser.

  • Extension Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(b).
