EXTRA CASES. Single tables come with two (2) cases; corner tables with four (4) cases. There will be a charge of $15.00 per case for each additional case. I wish (number) extra cases in addition to the ones supplied with my bourse fee at $15.00 per case. Payment in full must accompany this application. Deposits, partial payments, and post-dated checks are not accepted as valid applications until payment in full has been received and deposited. Make payment to Florida United Numismatists, Inc.
