Extra Principal Distribution. Amount: (1) Prior to the Stepdown Date, the excess of (A) the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance immediately preceding such Distribution Date reduced by the Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date and (ii) $5,950,000 over (B) the sum of (x) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and (y) the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Amount as of such Distribution Date (disregarding income and loss on investments of amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account) and (2) on and after the Stepdown Date, the excess, if any, of (A) the sum of (i) the Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance immediately preceding such Distribution Date, reduced by the Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date and (ii) the greater of (a) 2.80% of the Pool Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and (b) the Minimum Required Overcollateralization Amount less (B) the Pool Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of such Distribution Date; provided, however, that if on any Distribution Date a Stepdown Trigger Event is in effect, the Extra Principal Distribution Amount will not be reduced to the applicable percentage of the then-current Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date immediately prior to the Stepdown Trigger Event until the next Distribution Date on which the Stepdown Trigger Event is not in effect.
