Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;
Book voter registration form means voter registration forms contained in a
certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;
Original Registration Statement. As used in this Agreement, the terms “amendment” or “supplement” when applied to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus shall be deemed to include the filing by the Company with the Commission of any document under the Exchange Act after the date hereof that is or is deemed to be incorporated therein by reference. All references in this Agreement to financial statements and schedules and other information which is “contained,” “included” or “stated” in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus (and all other references of like import) shall be deemed to mean and include all such financial statements and schedules and other information which is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in or otherwise deemed under the Securities Act to be a part of or included in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus, as the case may be, as of any specified date; and all references in this Agreement to amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus shall be deemed to mean and include, without limitation, the filing of any document under the Exchange Act which is or is deemed to be incorporated by reference in or otherwise deemed under the Securities Act to be a part of or included in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus, as the case may be, as of any specified date. At the time the Registration Statement was or will be originally declared effective and at the time the Company’s most recent annual report on Form 10-K was filed with the Commission, if later, the Company met the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act. During the Agency Period, each time the Company files an annual report on Form 10-K the Company will meet the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act.
Provisional registration means a building official, plan reviewer, or inspector who is registered subject to his or her completion of the amount of training, education, and experience required by the commission and the appropriate advisory board and described in section 1007(2).
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
Registration Form means a book voter registration form and a by-mail voter
Merger Registration Statement means the registration statement, together with all amendments, filed with the SEC under the Securities Act for the purpose of registering the offer of shares of NBT Common Stock to be offered to holders of CNB Common Stock in connection with the Merger.
New Registration Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Remainder Registration Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
Rule 462(b) Registration Statement means a registration statement and any amendments thereto filed pursuant to Rule 462(b) relating to the offering covered by the registration statement referred to in Section 1(a) hereof.
Voter registration deadline means the registration deadline provided in Section 20A-2-102.5.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
international registration means the registration of a mark effected under the Agreement or the Protocol or both, as the case may be;

Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
Registration Data means the information and documents requested by the Client during the Registration Process in order to open a trading account with the Company.
Form S-4 Registration Statement means the registration statement on Form S-4 to be filed with the SEC by Parent in connection with issuance of Parent Common Stock in the Merger, as said registration statement may be amended prior to the time it is declared effective by the SEC.
Registration Agency means the Office of Apprenticeship.
Registration Agent means the registration and paying agent appointed by the Mayor pursuant to the terms hereof, or any successor designated by the Governing Body.
registration certificate means the certificate of registration or other documents in lieu thereof establishing that the Goods supplied under the Contract are registered for use in the Purchaser’s country in accordance with the applicable law.
Exchange Offer Registration Statement means an exchange offer registration statement on Form S-4 (or, if applicable, on another appropriate form) and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein or deemed a part thereof, all exhibits thereto and any document incorporated by reference therein.
Original Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
