FAA Filings definition

FAA Filings means filings with the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States to evidence a Pledged SPE’s or Intermediate Lessee’s, as applicable, title to or interest in the objects and related leases in Eligible Aircraft registered in the United States.
FAA Filings means the filings with the FAA required pursuant to Section 2.08(d) of this Agreement.

Related to FAA Filings

  • Filings shall have the meaning specified in Section 6 of this Agreement.

  • Company Filings means all documents publicly filed by or on behalf of the Company on SEDAR since January 1, 2020.

  • SEC Filings has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

  • Public Filings means the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents filed by the Company or Bezeq with the SEC or the ISA, as applicable, and publically available at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Required Filings shall have the meaning specified in the Pledge and Security Agreement.
