Facilities Application definition

Facilities Application means an application pursuant to Part III of the National Energy Board Act for authorization to construct facilities or otherwise obtain New Capacity;

Facilities Application means an application pursuant to Part 3 of the CER Act for authorization to construct facilities or otherwise obtain New Capacity.

Facilities Application means the Applicant’s request for Water System Facilities submitted on such form prepared by or revised by the Authority from time to time.
