Facilities Lease definition

Facilities Lease means this Facilities Lease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto.
Facilities Lease means the Lease-Purchase Agreement between the Lessor, as lessor, and the Board, as lessee, conveying a leasehold interest in the Leased Property, and under which the Board shall lease the Leased Property for an initial term and renewal terms that are subject to renewal upon appropriations being made by the Board of funds sufficient to pay the Lease Payments due during each such term.
Facilities Lease means that certain lease, entitled “Facilities Lease”, by and between the County and the Authority, dated as of July 1, 2015, which lease or a memorandum thereof was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa on , 2015 as document No. , as originally executed and recorded or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended pursuant to the provisions hereof and thereof.

  • As additional consideration for this Facilities Lease, the Lessor shall pay, or cause to be paid to the Trustee with instructions that such amounts should be credited to the Debt Service Fund (as such term is defined in the Indenture) all Liquidated Damages paid by or received on behalf of the Developer pursuant to Section IV G of the Development Agreement, and the Lessee shall receive a credit against its obligations to make Rental Payments equal to the sum of all such Liquidated Damages.

  • No holdover tenancy shall be permitted and the Lessee will, upon the termination of this Facilities Lease or the Lessee’s right to possession of the Project, become a tenant at sufferance and during such tenancy the Lessee shall be required to make rental payments equal to the Rental Payments.
