Facilities Lease definition

Facilities Lease means this Facilities Lease together with any duly authorized and executed amendment hereto.

Examples of Facilities Lease in a sentence

  • In the event any agreement contained in this Facilities Lease should be breached by either party and thereafter waived by the other party, such waiver shall be limited to the particular breach so waived and shall not be deemed to waive any other breach hereunder.

  • Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit Contractor from self-performing Work required to be Completed under this Facilities Lease, so long as such self-performance is in compliance with all other provisions of this Facilities Lease, subject to the GMP.

More Definitions of Facilities Lease

Facilities Lease means this Facilities Lease, as originally executed and recorded or as it may from time to time be supplemented, modified or amended pursuant to the provisions hereof and of the Trust Agreement.
