Facilities Rent definition

Facilities Rent. Has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6.2.1 of this Lease.
Facilities Rent means the rent paid by the Company to the City pursuant to specified sections of the Fuel System Lease described below under “—THE FUEL SYSTEM LEASE—Facilities Rent” and, following any termination of the Fuel System Lease described in the Fuel System Lease, any Net Reletting Payments to the extent provided therein.
Facilities Rent means the monthly rent required under the Facilities Lease. “Interest” means the equity interest of any shareholder in the Debtor.

Examples of Facilities Rent in a sentence

  • Landlord or its designated representatives shall have the right to inspect, examine, or audit, during normal business hours and upon seven (7) calendar days’ notice, all documents, records, or other information that pertains to the Tenant’s Equipment and Facilities, Rent, or any other Tenant obligations under this Lease.

  • From the Date of Beneficial Occupancy and until five (5) years from Rent Commencement Date (the “First Five Years”), Virgin will pay the Authority for its exclusive use of the Virgin Facilities, Facilities Rent in the amount of one Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) per annum, payable in equal monthly installments due on the first day of each calendar month.

  • The Ground Rent, the Facilities Rent, the User Fees, the Virgin TF&E Costs, and any other cost or fee payable by Virgin under this Lease, including costs or fees payable pursuant to Paragraphs 3.4.2, 3.4.3, 3.5, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9.2, 13.1.1, 13.2.1.1, 14.1.2, 14.2.2, 14.3.5, 15.10, 15.12, 15.13 or 18.3.2.5 of this Lease.

  • The Facilities Rent for any partial calendar year shall be prorated, as applicable.

  • The rent for the Virgin Facilities (the Facilities Rent ) commences as of the Rent Commencement Date.

  • Facilities Rent Utilities Janitorial Maintenance Security Resource Center Supplies Copier Fax Machine Computers Software Staff Services One-Stop Manager (50%) Receptionist The One-Stop Manager will be devoting 50% of his/her time to the duties related to his/her program, and 50% to One-Stop activities.

  • Beginning in the second Phase 3 Lease Year and continuing each year thereafter to the end of the Lease Term, the Facilities Rent amount shall be adjusted, upward, by 2% each year.

  • If such discovery materially impairs Concessionaire’s intended use of the Facilities, Rent payments shall be suspended until the City gives clearance to proceed under this Section 5.06.

  • Utilization of the Headquarters Facilities; Rent Paid By UCLA For each Institute building constructed, UCLA shall have the right to reserve and then occupy 50,000 rentable square feet.

Related to Facilities Rent

  • Room Rent Means the amount charged by a hospital for the occupancy of a bed on per day (24 hours) basis and shall include associated medical expenses.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Additional Rent means any and all amounts, other than Basic Rent, required to be paid by the Tenant under this Lease, whether or not same are designated “Additional Rent” or whether or not the same are payable by Landlord;

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Residence premises means the unit where you reside shown as the "residence premises" in the Declarations.

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Initial Rent means [ ] (£[ ]) STERLING yearly (exclusive of any VAT);

  • Rent as used in this Section 21 shall be deemed to be and to mean all sums of every nature required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, whether to Landlord or to others. As used in Sections 21(c)(ii)(A) and (B), above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by allowing interest at the Default Rate. As used in Section 21(c)(ii)(C) above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus 1%.

  • Supplemental Rent means all amounts, liabilities and obligations (other than Basic Rent) which the Lessee assumes or agrees to pay to the Lessor, the Trust Company, the Holders, the Agent, the Lenders or any other Person under the Lease or under any of the other Operative Agreements including without limitation payments of the Termination Value and the Maximum Residual Guarantee Amount and all indemnification amounts, liabilities and obligations.

  • Base Rent As defined in Section 3.1.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Gross Rents means the actual sum of money or other consideration payable for the use or possession of property. "Gross rents" shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of "Operating Expenses," as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Tenant’s Proportionate Share is, subject to the provisions of this Paragraph 3, the percentage number described in Item 4 of the Basic Lease Provisions. Tenant's Proportionate Share represents a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of square feet of Rentable Area in the Premises and the denominator of which is the number of square feet of Rentable Area in the Project, as determined by Landlord pursuant to Subparagraph 2(d) above.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Article 7 of this Sublease.

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Rent and Charges Reserve means the aggregate of (a) all past due rent and other amounts owing by a Loan Party to any landlord, warehouseman, processor, repairman, mechanic, shipper, freight forwarder, broker or other Person who possesses any Collateral or could assert a Lien on any Collateral; and (b) a reserve equal to three months rent and other charges that could be payable to any such Person, unless it has executed a Collateral Access Agreement.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Base Operating Costs means Operating Costs for the calendar year specified as the Base Year in the Basic Lease Information (excluding therefrom, however, any Operating Costs of a nature that would not ordinarily be incurred on an annual, recurring basis).
