Facility A Notes definition

Facility A Notes the "Notes" as defined in the Facility A Credit Agreement.

Facility A Notes means the promissory notes provided for by Section 2.07(a) hereof and all promissory notes delivered in substitution or exchange therefor, in each case as the same shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

Facility A Notes means, collectively, those certain promissory notes in an aggregate original principal amount of $175,000,000, and issued to each of the Banks by the Borrower with respect to the Facility A Commitment, each one substantially in the form of Exhibit D-1 attached hereto, any other promissory notes issued by the Borrower to evidence the Loans under the Facility A Commitment, and any extensions, renewals or amendments to, or replacements of, the foregoing.

Facility A Notes means the promissory notes of Borrower evidencing Facility ---------------- A Advances hereunder, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, together --------- with any extension, renewal, or amendment thereof, or substitution therefor.

Facility A Notes means the promissory note or notes (whether one or more) of the Borrower described in Section 2.06 and being in the form of EXHIBIT A-1.

Facility A Notes. The promissory notes of Borrower payable to the Facility A Lenders in substantially the form of Exhibit K-1, evidencing the indebtedness of Borrower to the Facility A Lenders resulting from advances made by the Facility A Lenders.

Facility A Notes means collectively (i) the promissory note of even date herewith in the maximum principal amount of $45,000,000.00, payable to the order of Hibernia, (ii) the promissory note of even date herewith in the maximum principal amount of $30,000,000.00, payable to the order of Union Bank, and (iii) any and all modifications, renewals, and/or extension of any of the foregoing promissory notes.
