Series B Notes. The Company's 10 3/8% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture (i) in the Exchange Offer or (ii) upon the request of any Holder of Series A Notes covered by a Shelf Registration Statement, in exchange for such Series A Notes.
Series B Notes. The Company's 15% Series B Senior Discount Notes due 2007 to be issued pursuant to the Indenture: (i) in the Exchange Offer or (ii) as contemplated by Section 4 hereof.
