Management Charge definition

Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;
Management Charge means the sum payable by the Supplier to the Authority in accordance with Clause FW-27 (Management Charge) of the Framework Agreement;
Management Charge refers to the charges that have been imposed to the Cardmember in relation to the Card;

Examples of Management Charge in a sentence

  • In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that it is essential that the Authority receives timely and accurate Management Information pursuant to this Framework Agreement because Management Information is used by the Authority to inform strategic decision making and allows it to calculate the Management Charge.

  • The Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all Call Off Agreements shall remain in force unless and until they are terminated or expire in accordance with the provisions of the Call Off Agreement and the Supplier shall continue to pay any Management Charge due to the Authority in relation to such Call Off Agreements, notwithstanding the termination or expiry of this Framework Agreement.

  • The CAISO will apply revenues received from the EIM Administrative Charge against the costs to be recovered through the Grid Management Charge as described in Appendix F, Schedule 1, Part A.


More Definitions of Management Charge

Management Charge means zero point seven per cent (0.7%) of all Charges payable by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) to the Supplier;
Management Charge means the sum payable by the Supplier to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Clause 17 being such an amount as is specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3, throughout the Term and thereafter in respect of any extant Contract or Lease Agreement.
