Facility Guaranty definition

Facility Guaranty means the Guaranty made by the Guarantors in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Facility Guaranty means each Guaranty and Suretyship Agreement between one or more Guarantors and the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, delivered as of the Closing Date and otherwise pursuant to SECTION 7.19, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented.

Facility Guaranty means a guarantee of the Obligations made by any Person in favor of the Agent and the other Credit Parties pursuant to the Security Agreement or in such other form reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
