Facility Use Application definition

Facility Use Application. ("Application") means a form approved by the executive director used to apply to reserve Capitol Hill Facilities or Capitol Hill Grounds for an event.

Examples of Facility Use Application in a sentence

Facility Use Application. - means a form that is to be completed by a prospective user, and approved by a resident agency, to reserve space for activities held within state-owned facilities.
