Facility Use Application definition

Facility Use Application. ("Application") means a form approved by the executive director used to apply to reserve Capitol Hill Facilities or Capitol Hill Grounds for an event.
Facility Use Application means a form, if required by the policies of the Managing Agency, which may require information identifying the event, time, location and purpose for a facility use permit that needs to be completed by a prospective user and submitted to the Managing Agency of the State Office Building.
