Fair and Reasonable Proportion definition
Fair and Reasonable Proportion has the meaning given to it in clause 23.4.5 the Freedom of Information ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and any subordinate Legislation made under that Act from time to time, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or any relevant Central Government Body in relation to such Act, including the Management of Police Information (MoPI)
