Fair Hearing Plan definition

Fair Hearing Plan means the procedure adopted by the Medical Staff with the approval of the Board to provide for an evidentiary hearing and appeals procedure when a practitioner’s clinical privileges are adversely affected by a determination based on the practitioner’s professional conduct or competence.
Fair Hearing Plan means the Medical Staff Policy described in Article VI of these Bylaws.
