Family care program definition

Family care program means the benefit program described in s. 46.286.
Family care program means the program under ss. 46.2805 to 46.2895 that provides the family care benefit, as defined in s. 46.2805 (4).
Family care program means a private home or apartment in which the community care licensee contracts to provide developmentally disabled persons with room, board, and personal guidance.
