Family Director definition

Family Director means a director who is described in paragraph (a) of Section 4.3 of the 1995 Voting Trust;
Family Director means any Eligible Family Member who is a Director and was elected as such pursuant to Section 4.3, above.
Family Director means a Family Designee who has been elected or appointed to the Board.

More Definitions of Family Director

Family Director. (as defined in Section 10.6, below) from time to time shall serve as the Trustees hereunder (each, a “Trustee”).
