Faulty Products used herein refers to the Product either of which, after the release to the market, Quality Information has been reported or of which quality abnormality has been found in the reserved samples at the Distributor, and it is proved that such quality issues were caused by the Product regardless of the possibility of recall.

Faulty Products means the cost of repairing, correcting, removing, or replacement of the whole or part of the Insured's Product which is faulty, defective, harmful or has failed to perform the function for which it was sold, supplied, manufactured or installed.

Faulty Products means products which have technical problems, software problems, damaged products and/or having errors in operating which results in bad functioning or defect in working or failure to work.

• Regarding Faulty Products, in accordance with the Quality Information handling procedure as defined in Article 11, CASI shall investigate the cause of Faulty Products to take countermeasures and notify the result to the Distributor.

• Clause 20.4 (a) does not apply if the Products were subject to Acceptance testing under clause 15 or if the Customer examined the Products before acceptance of the Products under clause 20.2; that examination ought to have revealed that the Products were Faulty Products; and the Customer accepted the Faulty Products under clause 20.2.

• All Faulty Products returned by Gem to Company, or where a product supplied cannot be used for its intended purpose shall receive full credit.

• The Customer may reject the Products by giving a notice of rejection to the Contractor within 10 Business Days after the delivery of the Products to the Customer if: the Products are Faulty Products; or the Products are not supplied in full; or The Customer is entitled to reject the Products under the Sale of Goods ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

• The Customer is not liable to the Contractor for any loss or damage to Faulty Products resulting from the exercise of any right under this clause.

• Faulty Products must be returned to Mint Lighting Design prior to the replacement or refund being processed.
