F&B Items definition

F&B Items means good quality, non-packaged merchantable and edible/ potablehot and cold beverages, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items including snacks, fast foods, desserts, packaged (food) beverages, etc. of multiple food cuisines for sale at the F&B Outlets and such other items for the purpose of immediate consumption as may be approved by Authority from time totime.
F&B Items means good quality, merchantable and edible/potable hot and cold beverages, vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items including snacks, fast foods, desserts, packaged food and beverages (but not those sold in aseptic packaging), etc. of multiple food cuisines for sale at the Concessioned Premises and such other items as may be approved by Authority from time to time.
F&B Items means good quality, edible/ potable hot and cold beverages, vegetarian, and non- vegetarian food items including snacks, fast foods, desserts, packaged food, and beverages, etc. of international/national/local food cuisines and such other items as may be approved by ITPO from time to time.

  • The Bidder will operationalize the F&B Facilities and kitchen and shall have the exclusive right to operate the kitchen and F&B service areas for serving F&B Items (alcoholic and non- alcoholic).

Related to F&B Items

  • Escrow Items means those items that are described in Section 3.

  • Excluded Items means any items which the Committee determines shall be excluded in fixing Performance Goals, including, without limitation, any gains or losses from discontinued operations, any extraordinary gains or losses and the effects of accounting changes.

  • Tax Items shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.A.

  • Distributable Items means, as prescribed by CRD IV, the amount of the profits at the end of the last financial year plus any profits brought forward and reserves available for that purpose before distributions to holders of own funds instruments less any losses brought forward, profits which are non-distributable pursuant to provisions in legislation or the institution’s by-laws and sums placed to non-distributable reserves in accordance with applicable national law or the statutes of the institution, those losses and reserves being determined on the basis of the individual accounts of the institution and not on the basis of the consolidated accounts, or any successor provision thereto;

To the extent that the Additional Book Basis attributable to all of the Partnership’s Adjusted Property as of the beginning of any taxable period exceeds the Aggregate Remaining Net Positive Adjustments as of the beginning of such period (the “Excess Additional Book Basis”), the Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for such period shall be reduced by the amount that bears the same ratio to the amount of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items determined without regard to this sentence as the Excess Additional Book Basis bears to the Additional Book Basis as of the beginning of such period.

  • Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.

  • Eligible Items means the goods imported under the Program (except those specifically excluded pursuant to Attachment 1 to Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement), the foreign exchange costs of which are eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan;

  • Third Party Items means Third Party Content and Third Party Products.

  • Book-Tax Disparities means, with respect to any item of Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, as of the date of any determination, the difference between the Carrying Value of such Contributed Property or Adjusted Property and the adjusted basis thereof for federal income tax purposes as of such date. A Partner's share of the Partnership's Book-Tax Disparities in all of its Contributed Property and Adjusted Property will be reflected by the difference between such Partner's Capital Account balance as maintained pursuant to Exhibit B and the hypothetical balance of such Partner's Capital Account computed as if it had been maintained strictly in accordance with federal income tax accounting principles.
