FCB Preferred Stock definition

FCB Preferred Stock means the 2,000,000 shares of FCB Preferred Stock, par value $4.00 per share, authorized in the articles of incorporation of FCB.
FCB Preferred Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1.
FCB Preferred Stock has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.02(a) of this Agreement.
