FCC License Subsidiary definition

FCC License Subsidiary means Satellite CD Radio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, XM Radio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, and any other Subsidiary formed for the sole purpose of holding FCC licenses and all of the issued and outstanding Capital Stock of which is owned by the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors.
FCC License Subsidiary means XM Radio Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Borrower that holds all of the FCC licenses with respect to the provision of satellite digital radio service in the United States by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
FCC License Subsidiary means XM Radio Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company that owns all of the Company's FCC licenses to provide satellite digital radio service in the United States.
