Federal Reserve Form definition

Federal Reserve Form means a Form FR U-1 duly completed by the Bank and executed by the Borrower, the statements made in which shall, in the reasonable opinion of the Bank, permit the transactions contemplated hereby in compliance with Regulation U, together with all instruments, certificates and other documents executed or delivered in connection therewith or attached thereto.
Federal Reserve Form means a FR Form U-1 or FR Form G-3, as applicable, duly completed by the Administrative Agent and executed by the Borrower, the statements made in which shall be such, in the reasonable opinion of the Administrative Agent, as to permit the transactions contemplated hereby in accordance with Regulation U, together with all instruments, certificates and other documents executed or delivered in connection therewith or attached thereto.
Federal Reserve Form means a statement of purpose for extension of credit secured by margin stock (Federal Reserve Form U-1) or other comparable form.

Examples of Federal Reserve Form in a sentence

  • If requested by the Collateral Agent, Borrower shall complete and sign Part I of a copy of Federal Reserve Form G-3 referred to in Regulation U and deliver such copy to the Collateral Agent.

  • If requested by the Bank, the Borrowers will promptly furnish the Bank with a statement in conformity with the requirements of Federal Reserve Form U-1 as referred to in Regulation U.

  • In the event that the proposed use of proceeds of any Loan to any Fund shall not constitute an “Exempted Transaction” under Regulation U, but shall nonetheless constitute a “purpose credit” for purposes thereof, the Borrower, on behalf of such Fund, at the time of the request for such Loan is made, shall furnish the Bank with an updated statement in conformity with the requirements of Federal Reserve Form U-1 referred to in Regulation U.

  • If requested by Bank, Borrower will furnish to Bank statements in conformity with the requirements of Federal Reserve Form U-1.

  • A registered nonbank lender may apply to termi- nate its registration, by filing Federal Reserve Form FR G–2 (OMB control number 7100–0011), if the lender has not, during the preceding six calendar months, had more than $200,000 of such credit outstanding.

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • FRB means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States.

  • Federal banking agencies means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Director of the Office of Thrift Supervision, the National Credit Union Administration, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
