Federal Tax Statement definition

Federal Tax Statement means the Statement as to Tax Exempt Status of Bonds executed by the Company in connection with the original issuance of the Bonds and delivered to the Trustee.
Federal Tax Statement means the Non-Arbitrage and Tax Compliance Certificate of the Borrower executed by the Borrower in connection with the original issuance of the Bonds and delivered to the Trustee on the Date of Issuance.
Federal Tax Statement means the Statement as to Tax-Exempt Status of Bonds executed by the Borrower in connection with the original issuance of the Bonds. (k) "IRC" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. (l) "Outstanding", when used to modify Bonds, refers to Bonds issued under this Agreement, excluding: (i) Bonds which have been exchanged or replaced, or delivered to the Trustee for credit against a principal payment; (ii) Bonds which have been paid in full; (iii) Bonds which have become due and for the payment of which moneys have been duly provided; and (iv) Bonds for which there have been irrevocably set aside sufficient funds, or obligations issued or guaranteed by the United States bearing interest at such rates and with such maturities as will provide sufficient funds, to pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on such Bonds; provided, however, that if any such Bonds are to he redeemed prior to maturity, the Borrower shall have taken all action necessary to redeem such Bonds and notice of such redemption shall have been duly mailed in accordance with this Agreement or irrevocable instructions so to mail shall have been given to the Trustee. (m) "Permitted Encumbrances" means (i) liens securing the payment of taxes, assessments and other governmental charges, provided that, in each case, the obligation to which such lien relates either is not yet due or the validity thereof is being contested in good faith;.
