Federated Client definition

Federated Client means each client or customer of Federated which Federated or any of its employees handled, serviced, or solicited at any time during the Participant’s employment with Federated or, where such employment has been terminated or has ceased, during the two (2) year period immediately preceding such termination or cessation.
