Fee Appendix means the Sub-Sub-Investment Advisory Fee Appendix entered into by the Manager and the Company which sets forth the compensation to be paid by the Company to the Manager for services rendered hereunder with respect to any Series.   • In consideration for the services to be provided by the Manager as Sub-Investment Manager under this Agreement the Company shall, during the continuance of this Agreement, pay to the Manager, fees calculated by reference to the value of the Portfolio of each Series all in accordance with the provisions set forth in the applicable Fee Appendix.

Related to Fee Appendix
