Fee Appendix definition

Fee Appendix means the Sub-Sub-Investment Advisory Fee Appendix entered into by the Manager and the Company which sets forth the compensation to be paid by the Company to the Manager for services rendered hereunder with respect to any Series. Each Fee Appendix shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement;

  • Each student will incur and be responsible for paying the tuition and fees disclosed in the Tuition and Fee Appendix A for each respective academic year in which the student is enrolled.

Related to Fee Appendix

  • Appendix means an appendix to this Prospectus that sets out specific information applicable to a Sub-Fund.

  • Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Annex means an annex to this Agreement.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • Cover Page means the top page of the original solicitation on which the solicitation is identified by number. Offerors are cautioned that Amendments may modify information provided on the Cover Page.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
