Fee Sharing Rate definition

Fee Sharing Rate is the % of Performance Fee defined by the Portfolio Manager when inviting an Associate to its Fund (rate can be from 0.1% up to 100% inclusive with the precision of 0.1%).

Examples of Fee Sharing Rate in a sentence

  • For Referral Associate, the Fee Sharing Rate cannot be changed/modified by the Portfolio Manager and/or an Associate cannot be removed and/or disabled by the Portfolio Manager.

  • For the Auxiliary Associate the Fee Sharing Rate can be changed/modified by the Portfolio Manager and/or an Associate can be removed and/or disabled by the Portfolio Manager at any time and without any cause by contacting the Company in accordance with the procedure set by the Company from time to time as this can be found on the Portfolio Manager’s Personal Area and/or the Website.

  • Any changes and/or modifications to the Fee Sharing Rate and/or removal of the Associate from a Fund as described in this clause, shall be communicated by the Company to the Portfolio Manager and/or the Associate from time to time and/or they will be reflected in their Personal Area and/or the Website.

Related to Fee Sharing Rate

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Advance Amount means, for each Advance Notice, the greater of: (i) an amount calculated by multiplying the Market Price applicable to the relevant Advance Notice, multiplied by 200,000 Shares; or (ii) two hundred percent (200%) of the average daily volume of shares of Common Stock traded during the immediately preceding five (5) consecutive trading days applicable to the relevant Advance Notice.

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”

  • Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).
