Fen Meadow Target Quantum definition

Fen Meadow Target Quantum means the delivery of 4.5 hectares (or greater) of M22 fen meadow habitat in total across the Fen Meadow Sites as determined by a Quadrat Survey;
Fen Meadow Target Quantum means the delivery of 4.14 hectares (or greater) of M22 fen meadow habitat in total across the Fen Meadow Sites as determined by a Quadrat Survey;
