FERC means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.
Service Contract means, with respect to a Financed Vehicle, the agreement, if any, financed under the related Receivable that provides for the repair of such Financed Vehicle.
Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.
Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Financing Order and the Final Financing Order.
EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.
Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
MPUC means the Maine Public Utilities Commission.
